Premium Rate Numbers

Number types available:

Single Drop -

Numbers with a preset maximum charge. Available at 10p/25p/50p£1 per call.

Pay for product -

Metered charging suitable for raising micro payments, whereby the called effectively pays for the product or service through their phone bill.

General Premium Rate -

These numbers are the most popular premium rate numbers used. Calls are charged per minute for the connection.
Rates available are 15p, 20p, 25p, 30p, 35p, 40p, 45p, 50p, 60p, 75p, £1, £1.50.

For adult services we offer the following rates: 50p/£1/£1.50

Premium rate services

Redirection:

We can forward all calls to your premium rate number to another telephone number of your choice. Call charges depend on the PRS number used and the target telephone number.

Interactive Voice Response:

Netplan can populate and configure a bespoke IVR to suit your exact requirements. IVR systems are used mainly for recorded information lines and telephone voting services.

Data Collection:

Our data collection services use IVR technology to gather specific information from you telemarketing campaigns, such as names, addresses and answers to questions. We can build a menu to your specific needs and provide voiceovers for your services as required.
