Netplan Corporate and Social Responsibility
At Netplan we take care of our staff and our environment. We further believe that the values that unite us a team and drive us forward as a company also belong in the world outside the office.
To this end we are working closely with Leukaemia Care, providing them with free servers, web space and technical support. Hopefully the money saved can make a real difference in improving someone's quality of life. Please visit their site, here for more information.Similarly our team has recently taken part in Movember, growing facial fuzz for charity and in the process promoting awareness of prostate cancer in men, while raising funds for research.
Phil and Matt made their other halves and the rest of us feel slightly ill with their 'interesting' moustaches, but between them raised cash and awareness for a very good cause. Check out the offical site here for more information on the event which takes place in November every year.We also take our commitment to ongoing training and development very seriously, by offering our staff incentives to further their knowledge whilst working with us.
We currently have four trainees working with us as well as several key staff members who are undertaking their studies as well as working full time at Netplan.We facilitate this by providing flexible working hours and extending them study leave when necessary.
We do this because we want our staff to be continually improving their skill sets, so that we can offer our clients ever better service. |
